Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Loading and Unloading Equipment, Work Procedures and Field Effectiveness on Coal Loading and Unloading Productivity at PT. Adhi Guna Putera, Merak Branch. The object of the study was all employees of PT. Adhi Guna Putera, Merak Branch. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study was 55 respondents of employees of PT. Adhi Guna Putera, Merak Branch. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, literature studies, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique was multiple linear regression technique by first testing through validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests (autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, normality). The results of the analysis using the SPSS V.25 statistical tool obtained a multiple linear regression equation: Y = 2.573 + 0.226 X1 + 0.290 X2 + 0.212 X3 + μ Where all variables studied partially showed a positive and significant effect on Loading and Unloading Productivity. And the coefficient of determination value (Adjusted R Square = 0,780) is 78%. The coefficient of determination value is 78% while the rest (100% - 78% = 22%), is influenced by other variables outside the study. So the conclusion of this study is that based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, a constant value of 2.573 is obtained. This shows that loading and unloading equipment, work procedures and field effectiveness have a positive and significant effect on coal loading and unloading productivity at PT.
