Abstract
Ship docking activities are an important process in the maintenance and repair of ships that have a high level of risk, especially when carried out in varying weather conditions, especially bad weather conditions. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Occupational Safety and health (K3) procedures in the ship docking process at PT Citra Bahari Shipyard Tegal, and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of these procedures when facing the challenges of changing weather. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of field observations, interviews with related workers, and documentation studies. The results showed that PT Citra Bahari Shipyard has implemented K3 procedures in general quite well, but there are still various obstacles in the implementation of docking during bad weather, such as heavy rain and strong winds. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the aspects of risk analysis and continuous training for workers so that the implementation of K3 can run optimally in various weather conditions. This research is expected to be a motivation in improving safety procedures in the shipping environment. Keywords: K3, ship docking, weather conditions, safety, shipyard
