Abstract
A crucial aspect of international trade is the handling of imported goods, which includes reception, inspection, payment of import duties, and distribution to the recipients. The handling of imported goods aims to ensure that import activities can proceed in accordance with regulations and support business growth in the domestic industry. This research was conducted to analyze the facilities, productivity, labor, and technology related to the handling of imported goods at PT Inti Sukses Garmindo. The population in this study consists of employees involved in the imported goods handling process. The sample used in this study amounts to 31 respondents, utilizing a non-probability sampling technique with the method of saturation sampling. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 26. Based on the research results and data analysis, a regression equation was produced: Y = -1,392 + 0,503X1 + 0,440X2 + 0,055X3 + 0,119X4 + µ From the equation, it is known that the dominant variable affecting the Handling of Imported Goods is the Facilities variable with a regression coefficient of 0.503. The R2 (R square) test yielded a result of (69.5%), which means that the Handling of Imported Goods at PT Inti Sukses Garmindo is influenced by the variables of Facilities, Productivity, Labor, and Technology by 69.5%. In conclusion, independent variables (facilities, productivity, labor, and technology) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of handling imported goods. This is because the results of the multiple linear regression equation indicate that the calculated t is greater than the table t.
