Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of loading and unloading equipment, container yard effectiveness, human resources and truck waiting time on loading and unloading productivity, the population is workers who collaborate with PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. Data collection was carried out using 100 respondents. The sampling technique is probability sampling with the type of sampling, namely simple random sampling. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. Through observation methods, literature studies, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS V.26 program. The results of this research show that the variables of loading and unloading equipment, container yard effectiveness, human resources and truck waiting time partially influence loading and unloading productivity The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation: Y= -3,110 + 0,469.X1 + 0,267.X2 + 0,280.X3 + 0,274.X4 + μ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing loading and unloading productivity is the loading and unloading equipment with the adjusted R Square test of 0.507 or 50.7% of the variation in the dependent variable of loading and unloading productivity which can be explained by the variable loading and unloading equipment, container yard effectiveness, human resources and truck waiting time. Meanwhile, the remaining 49.3% is explained by other causes outside the variables studied. Based on the results of the research, conclusions can be drawn from the multiple linear regression analysis and the distribution of respondents' answers regarding the independent variables (loading and unloading equipment, container yard effectiveness, human resources and truck waiting time) which have an influence on the dependent variable (loading and unloading productivity).
