Abstract
Loading and unloading activities in port the sea it can be said more difficult and intractable compared to activities loading and unloading in terminal land transportation. As known that the loading and unloading in port sea has involved many parties or related government agencies , moreover if commodities (merchandise) export goods or import. In an age of globalization now, requires industry have competitiveness stronger particularly to increase the quality of their products. To improve the quality of production indispensable human resource able to carry out their function as workers professional. With see the existing problems, then the researcher aimed at to analyze about factors anything that affects increased productivity labor loading and unloading, by analyzing through k3 ( health occupational safety ), work discipline, and tools on labor productivity loading and unloading. The population that used in this research was human resources to PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Samples to this research as many as 100 respondents. Data to research this analyzed through spss ( stastistic package for social science version 22.00). Data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results of the research and multiple analysis producted equation: Y= 3,402 + 0,291 X1 + 0,266 X2 + 0,236 X3 + μ The results of multiple linear regression equation showed that there was a positive influence partially between K3 (Occupational Health Safety) on labor productivity loading and unloading (t count 3,280> t table 1.98472), work discipline on labor productivity loading and unloading (t 3.073 > t table 1.98472), and tools on labor productivity loading and unloading (3.829 t count> t table 1.98472) whereas for the eligibility test model (35.079 F count > F table 2,70). The influenced of three research’ variable was very stong with correlation value Adjusted R2 (0.508). Variables simultaneously K3 (Occupational Health Safety), work discipline, tools was influential 50.8% on labor productivity loading and unloading and 49.2% were influenced by the variables that were not detected in this study.
