Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out whether or not there is an influence of work facility variables, human resource variables, procedural system variables and supervision management variables on the operational performance of the motor vehicle testing technical implementation unit at the Transportation and Environment Office of Mempawah Regency, West Kalimantan. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the results of the research from the multiple linear regression equation, Y = 1.158 + 0.324.X₁ + 0.305.X₂ + 0.257.X₃ + 0.129.X₄+μ. From the regression equation, the most dominant variable is the work facility variable with a coefficient of 0.324 From the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test, it shows that the four independent variables are the work facility variable of 0.324 (X1), the human resource variable of 0.305 (X2), the procedural system variable of 0.257 (X3), and the supervision management variable of 0.192 (X4). And the determinant coefficient test (R Square) obtained a result of 0.576 or 57.6% which means that the dependent variable is influenced by independent variables and other factors that affect operational performance by 42.4% From the results of the study, it can be concluded that operational performance variables have a positive and significant effect on work facilities, human resources, system procedures and supervision management. Keywords: Work Facilities, Human Resources, Procedural System, Supervisory Management and Operational Performance
