In this study, the object is taken from employees PT.Pelabuhan Indonesia II Branch Cirebon. Samples in this study as many as 85 respondents. Data analysis technique is a technique of multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Ver 22, namely: Y = -1.082 + 0.313 + 0.349 X1 + X3 + 0,398X2 +  The results of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive influence and partial significant between the operational time of the effectiveness of unloading (t = 5.068> t table 1.664), the labor of the effectiveness of unloading (t 5.802> t table 1.664), equipment the effectiveness of unloading (5.819 count> t table 1.664). While together (simultaneously) positive and significant effect (F count 50.282> F table 2,72). The third influence is very strong research variables with the value of the correlation R = 67.7%. Simultaneously variable factors operating time, manpower and equipment 67.7% effect on the productivity of loading and unloading, and 32.2% influenced by the variables that were not detected in this study. Keywords: Uptime, Labor, Equipment and Effectiveness Unloading
