Abstract
Indonesia is one of the largest archipelagic countries in the world, which is geographically located between the continents of Asia and Australia. PT. Trans Maritim Agency focus on Shipping Agent business services. The importance of monitoring Ship Agency Activities so that there are no obstacles in the process. There are several background problems that the author must solve, namely the procedures for the agency activities of the ship MV. BERGE NAMULI, parties involved in ship agency activities, Documents required for ship agency activities, and the obstacles associated with ship agency activities and solutions to solve these problems. The author uses data collection methods through observation, interviews and library research which the author collected. The results obtained by this author are to know the Procedure for the Agency Activities of the MV. BERGE NAMULI Ship by PT.
