Abstract
Evaluation of occupational safety and health (K3) in the loading and unloading process at Sluke Rembang Port is an effort to assess the implementation of K3 standards in port activities that pose a high risk to worker safety. This research aims to identify potential dangers, assess risks, and evaluate the implementation of K3 procedures in loading and unloading activities. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with direct observation, interviews and documentation studies. The evaluation results show that even though K3 procedures have been implemented, there are still several gaps in implementation, such as a lack of training for workers, suboptimal use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and limited safety support facilities. Apart from that, the potential for accidents such as falling goods, injuries caused by machinery, and exposure to hazardous materials is still a major concern. This research recommends increasing awareness of the importance of K3, improving the quality of training, as well as providing more adequate supporting facilities and infrastructure to create a safer and healthier work environment at Sluke Rembang Port.
