Abstract
The smoothness of export and import refers to the extent to which the process of shipping goods abroad (export) and receiving goods from abroad (import) can proceed efficiently, quickly, and without significant obstacles. This study aims to analyze the effect of system digitalization, information quality, and service quality on the smoothness of export and import activities at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office Type Madya Pabean C Tanjung Pandan. The population in this study consists of service users who carry out export and import activities at the Tanjung Pandan Customs Office. The sample used in this study totaled 67 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. Based on the results of the research and data analysis, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = -0.179 + 0.207.X1 + 0.449.X2 + 0.335.X3 + µ From the equation, it is known that the most dominant variable influencing the smoothness of export and import is Information Quality, with a regression coefficient of 0.449. The R² (R square) test result is 54.7%, which means that the smoothness of export and import activities at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office Type Madya Pabean C Tanjung Pandan is influenced by the variables of System Digitalization, Information Quality, and Service Quality by 54.7%. The conclusion found is that the independent variables (system digitalization, information quality, and service quality) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the smoothness of export and import. This is because the results of the multiple linear regression equation show that t-count > t-table. Keywords: System Digitalization, Information Quality, Service Quality, Export- Import Smoothness.
