There are many factors that affect the performance of exports, such as government policy, logistic systems, product policies all of which greatly affect export performance. This research will dinanalisis three variables, namely kebijjakan government research, logistic systems and product quality as independent variables that affect the dependent variable is the export performance. The formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypothesis in this study is to analyze the influence of independent variables, namely government policy, logistics systems, and quality of product to the dependent variable is the performance of exports. In this study, the object is taken Manufacturing company that is actively implementing export activities at Tanjung Emas in Semarang .Sumber the data include primary and secondary data. Samples in this study were 124 respondents who are active Manufacturing companies carry out export activities at Tanjung Emas in Semarang. Data analysis technique is the technique of linear regression. Based on the results of research and analysis produced multiple equation: Y = 1.702 + 0.169 X1 + 0.211 X2 + 0.468 X3 The results of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive influence partially between the government's policy on the export performance t (2.057) > t table (1.9799), the logistics system on the export performance t (2.833) > t table (1.9799 ) and the quality of products on the export performance t (6.018) > t table (1.9799). As for the feasibility test models 3,07 F count > F table is 33 435 > 3,07 means inndependen variables simultaneously influence the dependent variable, the variable of government policy, logistic systems and product quality affects 44.2% of exports and 55.8 % affected by the variables that were not detected in this study. Keywords: Export Performance, Government Policy, System Logistics, Quality Products
