Abstract
E-SKA is an electronic Certificate of Origin (SKA) issuance system built by the Ministry of Trade for all SKA Issuing Agencies (IPSKA) which simplifies the SKA issuance process, from submission to SKA issuance. This study was conducted to determine the analysis of service quality, ease of trust and system security on user satisfaction at the Office of Industry and Trade of Central Java Province. The population in this study were E-SKA service users. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. And using nonprobability sampling techniques with the type used purposive sampling, then the data is analysed using multiple linear regression with the help (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 27. Based on the results of research and data analysis, a regression equation is produced: Y = 2.218 + 0.302.X1 + 0.161.X2 + 0.289.X3 -0.002.X4 + µ From the equation it is known that the dominant variable affecting user satisfaction is the Trust variable with a regression coefficient of 0.334. The R2 (R square) test obtained a result of (45.9%) which means that User Satisfaction at the Central Java Provincial Office of Industry and Trade is influenced by the 45.9% Service Quality, Convenience, Trust and System Security variables. The conclusion found is that the independent variables (convenience and trust) have an effect on the dependent variable user satisfaction. This is because the results of the multiple linear regression equation show that t-count>t-table. Keywords: Service Quality, Convenience, Trust, System Security User Satisfaction.
