Abstract
This research has purpose to know Organizational Culture Analysis, Work Discipline, Motivation and Competence To PT. Samudera Indonesia Surabaya East Java. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Samudera Indonesia Surabaya East Java as sample. Data collection is done through Observation method, Library Studies, Interview, Documentation and Questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS V.22 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis generated equation: Y = 3,582 + 0,205 X1 + 0,186 X2 + 0,205 X3 + 0,206 X4 + μ Indicates that, based on empirical facts (results of questionnaire filling) and multiple linear regression results indicate that Organizational Culture variable (X1) has t count of 2.065 and ttabelr of 2.021 then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. Variable Discipline Work (X2) has t count of 2.125 and ttable of 2.021 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Motivation Variable (X3) has t count of 2.066 and ttable of 2.021 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Variable Competence (X4) has t count of 2,310 and ttable of 2.021 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Thus the results showed Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Motivation and Competence have a positive and signivikan on Employee Performance PT. Samudera Indonesia Surabaya East Java.
