Abstract
implementation of procedures on passenger ships in the process of loading passengers at the class IV Mentok port the importance of implementing procedures on passenger ships in this paper is to reduce the system of implementing work procedures on passenger ships. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the procedures for use, benefits, and obstacles at the class IV Mentok port according to applicable procedures. In the process of collecting data to support the contents of this paper, the author uses several methods, reviews from sources the author uses primary and secondary data. While the author's data collection method uses the interview method (interview), literature study (library research), and observation (observation). The results of the discussion of this paper are to find out about the implementation of passenger ship procedures in the process of loading passengers and goods at the class IV Mentok port. implementation of procedures on passenger ships in the form of checking passenger body temperature, checking ship tickets, must comply with regulations and avoid sitting in dangerous places. Obstacles will be concerns about discomfort in checking passenger bodies and lack of understanding. How to overcome obstacles in the form of officers and crew tightening supervision in the passenger loading process There is no doubt that the Class IV Mentok KSOP standardizes existing procedures.
