Abstract
The main topic of discussion in writing this paper is the Log Loading and Unloading Service Process by PT Bahtera Setia Raya. There are several background problems that the author has to solve, namely the service process for loading and unloading logs and loading and unloading documents as well as the obstacles faced during the activity. PT Bahtera Setia Raya is a company that provides loading and unloading activities, especially logs in Semarang. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to find out how the loading and unloading service for logs works and to know the documents required during the activity as well as the obstacles in the process of loading and unloading services for logs. Based on data collection carried out during Land Practice (Prada), the author used several methods, namely, observation, interviews, and document study and literature study. The results of the discussion from this paper are that the completion of log loading and unloading activities by PT Bahtera Setia Raya will run smoothly without any obstacles if each party can fulfill the process that has been determined. Key words: Process, loading and unloading, logs, obstacles.
