Abstract

The population in this study was taken from customers of goods delivery services at PT. GLX Cargo Logistic, and the sample used in this research was 80 respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, with the sampling type being simple purpose. The analytical methods used in this research are descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, and then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software. The results of the hypothesis test show that the variables trust, price, and service quality partially influence satisfaction at PT. GLX Cargo Logistics. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis were obtained. Y = 0,298+ 0,288 X1 + 0,243 X2 + 0,437 X3 + µ. The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a partially positive and significant influence between shipper’s trust and shipper’s satisfaction (t value of 4.003 > t table value of 1.99167). The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant influence between price perception and shipper’s satisfaction (t value = 3.330 > t table = 1.99167). The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and shipper’s satisfaction (t value = 4.672 > t table = 1.99167). Coefficient determination gets an adjusted R square value of 0.849, thus 84.9% of shipper’s satisfaction is explained by these 3 variables, while the remaining 15.1% is influenced by variables such as sea freight prices, consumer characteristics, brand image, promotions, goods delivery times, documents, and other.
