Abstract
Smooth Import of Goods is one aspect of the delivery of goods that the company uses as a reference to measure how effective the work is in terms of shipping goods. This is very important considering that service users can trust the services of the company. There are so many factors, facilities and infrastructure as well as natural geographical conditions that support the course of goods delivery activities while at the port, it is very possible that some of these factors will reduce the smooth import of goods so that the services provided are not optimal. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the smooth import of goods at PT. Yossava Trans Logistics Semarang. The population in this study is service users from PT. Yossava Trans Logistik Semarang using saturated sampling which means research as many as 75 respondents. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS V.29 (software). The results of this study show that promotional variables, brand image, punctuality of delivery, and shipment tracking have a partial effect on consumer loyalty. The results of multiple regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 3.216 + 0.554X1 + 0.268X2 + 0.252X3 + μ where all variables studied partially and simultaneously showed a positive and significant influence on the smooth import of goods. From the regression equation, it can also be seen that the most dominant variable affecting the smooth import of goods is the import document variable with a regression coefficient of 0.554. And obtained the value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square = 0.523) means 52.3%. The value of the coefficient of determination was 52.3% while the rest (100% - 52.3% = 47.7%), influenced by other variables outside the study.
