Abstract
The main topic of discussion in the author's paper is the Inapornet system for ship arrival and departure services at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Ternate Branch There are several background problems that must be resolved by the author, namely the application of the Inapornet system in ship services, the parties involved in the ship clearance process, the management of ship arrivals and departures at PT. Indonesian Harbor (Persero) Ternate Branch. The aim is to influence the implementation of the Inapornet System in Ship Services, to understand the agencies and parties involved in the Ship Clearance process. Based on the data collection carried out during observations, the author used methods, namely interviews, document study, as well as sources and types of data. Applying the Inaportnet system to ship services is very useful because it simplifies operational activities at the port. Service licensing requires integrated cooperation based on good trust with the relevant agencies, and satisfaction of service users is the main thing. Managing the arrival and departure of ships is very useful in port operational activities so that it does not cause losses to either party. Keywords : Arrival and Departure of Ships, System inapornet
