Abstract

In this study, four research variables were analyzed: Perceived convenience, trust, perceived security, perceived benefits as independent variables that affect the dependent variable, namely Interest in E-Money users on Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) Semarang. Formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypotheses in this study were to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables namely perceived convenience, trust, perceived security, perceived benefits on the dependent variable namely interest in E-Money users on Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) Semarang. In this study the objects taken were all passengers of the Semarang Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) Corridor 7 Terboyo-Balaikota. Data sources include primary and secondary virgins. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who were passengers of the Semarang Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) corridor 7 Terboyo-Balaikota. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique and with SPSS 25.0 statistical tools based on the results of research and data analysis, the regression results are as follows: Y = -0.985 + 0.314X1 + 0.267X2 + 0.331X3 + 0.153X4+ µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant effect partially between Perceived Convenience on the interest of e-money users (t count = 4.135 > t table = 1.98498), trust in e-money user interest (t count = 2.703 > t table = 1.98498), the perception of security on the interest of e-money users (t count = 3.769 > t table = 1.98498), the perception of benefits on the interest of e-money users (t count = 2.034 > t table = 1.98498) while the coefficient of determination gets an Adjusted R square value of 0.508 thus 50.8% influences the interest of e- money users, while the remaining 49.2% (100% - 50.8%) is explained by other causes outside the model .
