Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence worker training, behavioral awareness, safety quality supervision of loading and unloading activities by PT. Admiral Lines. Data collection was carried out through observation, Literature Study, Interviews, and Questionnaires. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique method, namely incidental sampling. Data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the program (SPSS) V.29. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 1.541 + 0.383X1 + 0.260X2 + 0.191X3 + µ. Where the variables Loading and Unloading Activities (Y), Worker Training (X1), Behavioral Awareness (X2), and Safety ltw1 Supervision (X3) were tested using the t test showing that the three independent variables partially have a positive influence on the dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.488 shows that 48.8 percent of the consumer satisfaction variable can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 51.2 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study. Keywords: Worker Training, Behavioral Awareness, Safety Quality Supervision
