Abstract
Acriviries. resulting in a buildup of vehicles so that the next ship's schedule is also late and passengers w1J vehicles do nor know about theflow ofservice properly. With tire loading and unloading procedures that are in accordance wit}: the pe1/imm111ce PT Aman Lintas Samudra is a National Shipping Company engaged in crossing transportation facilities. The role of a shipping company is ve1y important, in crossing transportation facilities in expediting the flow of passengers, goods and vehicles, from Sumatra to Java orfrom Java to Sumatra. The research method used Is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection method used in this study i-va.\• through observation, interviews, documentation and literature. While the analytical method collects existing data, arranges it systematirally and presents it to others. The ohstucle faced by PT. Aman Lintas Samudra is inaccurate procedures, which result in delays in the ship docking during loading hours of' operational o.fjicers in the appropriate field so that there are 110 errors in the loading and unloading process which are inaccurate between the procedures and the implementation ofloading and unloading Keywords: Loading and unloading, Ships, Ports
