Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the analysis Forwading Responsibility, Warehouse Management Process and Service Effectiveness on the Company Operational Performance. Item collection was carried out using 75 respondents. Through the method of observation, literature study, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS v.26 program. based on the results of research and multiple linear regression analysis, the equation is : Y =0,451 + 0,256.X1 + 0,262.X2 + 0,419.X3 + µ Where the results of the regression analysis and t test show that the Forwading Responsibility variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Company Operational Performance (Y), Warehouse Management Process variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Company Operational Performance (Y), and the Service Effectiveness variable(X3) has a positive and significant effect on Company Operational Performance (Y). The results of the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0,604) which means 60,4%, the variable coefficient of Forwading Responsibility, Warehouse Management Process and Service Effectiveness on the Company Operational Performance is 60,4%, while the rest (100%-60,4% = 39,6%) is influenced by other variables outside the research. Based on the results of the research, conclusion can be drawn from the multiple linier regression analysis and the distribution of respondents’ answers regarding the independent variables (Forwading Responsibility, Warehouse Management Process and Service Effectiveness) which have a influence on the dependent variable (Company Operational Performance).
