Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine whether or not there is an influence of service quality variables, user experience, and facility variables on school bus user satisfaction in the Tegal City Transportation Department. The population used in this research were all school bus users in the Tegal City Transportation Department during October, totaling 333 populations and the sample used in this research was 80 respondents using school buses in the Tegal City Transportation Department, using a non-probability sampling technique. namely by porposive sampling. Proportive sampling with special characteristics of respondents aged 15 years and over, male and female who have the status of school bus users at the Tegal City Transportation Department. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26. Based on the research results it can be seen that the research model is from the linear regression equation multiple is Y= 1.112 + 0.432.X1 + 0.297.X2 + 0.164.X3 + µ. From the results of this research, there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the four independent variables, namely the service quality variable, are 0.432 (X1), the user experience variable is 0.297 (X2), and the facility variable is 0.164 (X3). From the regression equation it can be seen that the variable that has the most dominant influence on user satisfaction is the service quality variable with a regression coefficient of 0.432. And the determinant coefficient test (R Square) obtained a result of 0.587 or 58.7%, which means that user satisfaction is influenced by service quality variables, user experience variables, and facility variables, namely 58.7% and other factors that influence user satisfaction are 58.7%. 41.3% or 0.413.
