Abstract

PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which operates in the field of rail transportation services, which is transportation that is often used by the public for short and long distances. According to Railway Law No. 13 of 1992, transportation has an important and strategic role in strengthening the realization of the archipelago outlook, strengthening national resilience, and strengthening relations between nations in an effort to achieve national goals based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. This research uses quantitative research methods using a sample of 100 respondents who use the KAI Access application. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, literature studies, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique which is first tested through a questionnaire test (validity and reliability) and classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation). The results of the analysis using the statistical tools of the SPSS V.26 program obtained a multiple linear regression equation: Y = - 1,527 + 0,291 X1 + 0,255 X2 + 0,250 X3 + 0,336 X4 + 0,327 X5 + µ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance is the content variable with a regression coefficient of 0.291. With the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square), the results obtained were 61.6%, which means that Application User Satisfaction is influenced by the variables Content, Accuracy, Appearance, Ease of Use, Timeliness by 61.6% and other factors that influence Application User Satisfaction are 38 .4%. Thus, the research results show that Content behavior, Accuracy, Appearance, Ease of Use, Timeliness have a positive and significant effect on User Satisfaction of the KAI Access Application.
