Abstract
The level of transport user satisfaction is influenced by several factors including physical evidence factors, reliability factors, responsiveness factors, guarantee factors and empathy factors. Of the five, they have an influence on the level of satisfaction of transportation users. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of physical evidence factors, reliability factors, responsiveness factors, assurance factors and empathy factors on the level of satisfaction of transport users on the Pemalang - Paduraksa route. In this study, the research population was transport users on the Pemalang - Paduraksa route using a sampling system with a total of 100 respondents. The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis using the statistical tools of the SPSS V.25 program obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = -3.902 + 0.268X1 + 0.347X2 + 0.278X3 + 0.237X4 + 0.184X5 + µ. Shows that, based on empirical facts (results of filling out the questionnaire) and the results of multiple linear regression showing that the physical evidence factor variable (X1) has a t count of 3.535 and a t table of 2.36667, then H1 is accepted and significant, the reliability factor (X2) has a t count is 3.948 and the t table is 2.36667, then H2 is accepted and significant, the responsiveness factor (X3) has a t count of 2.815 and a t table of 2.36667, then H3 is accepted and significant, the guarantee factor (X4) has a t count of 2.817 and a t table of 2.36667, then H4 is accepted and significant and the empathy factor (X5) has a calculated t of 2.672 and a t table of 2.36667, then H5 is accepted and significant. In the coefficient of determination (R Square) test, the Adjust R Square value is 0.608, meaning that 60.8% of the variation in the dependent variable factor of the level of satisfaction of transport users can be explained by the independent variable physical evidence factor, reliability factor, responsiveness factor, assurance factor and empathy factor. Meanwhile, the remaining 39.2% is explained by other causes outside the variables studied.
