Abstract

This study aims to analyze the density of population, vehicles, road conditions, and humans on the User's Decision to Use Online Transportation Services at Maxim in Semarang City. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The population in this study is the users of the pantura road in Demak. The determination of the number of samples uses the slovin formula. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who used Online Transportation Services at Maxim in Semarang City. Nonprobability sampling techniques and sampling techniques use incidental sampling. Data collection was carried out by Observation Method, Literature Study, Interview, Documentation, and Questionnaire. The data analyst technique uses multiple linear regression by first being tested through questionnaire tests (validity, and reliability) and classical assumption tests (autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicolony, normality). The results of the analysis using the statistical tools of the SPSS V.26 program obtained a multiple linear regression equation: Y = -1,026 + 0,190X1 + 0,273X2 + 0,329X3 + 0,147X4 + µ The results of multiple regression research show that the Constant (α) of -1.026. The regression coefficient of the Service Quality variable (X1) is 0.109. The regression coefficient of the Price variable (X2) is 0.273. The regression coefficient of the Ease variable (X3) is 0.329. The regression coefficient of the Trust variable (X4) is 0.147. While the determination coefficient gets an Adjusted R^2 correlation value of 0.500, thus 50% in influencing User Decisions, while the remaining 50% (100% - 50%) is explained by other variables outside the four variables used in this study.
