Abstract
This study attempts to know of factors affect behavior consumers in using transportation service travel ( study to PT PALAPA Pontianak-Singkawang ) route .The data collection was done through a method of observation , interview , the literature study , documentation and chief .Technique the analysis used is linear regression multiple with program assistance spss 23 .Based on the research done and analysis multiple produced equation: Y = 2,258 + 0,253 X + 0,177 X2 + 0,295 X3 + 0,157 X4 + µ The results of the regression equation is linear worship of idols show that there was a positive influence partial evaluation between cultural factors of the decision of passengers ( thitung 2,513 & gt; ttabel 1,976 then , h0 were rejected and ha accepted , social factors of the decision of passengers ( thitung 2,643 & gt; ttabel 1,976 then , h0 were rejected and ha accepted , personal factors of the decision of passengers ( thitung 5,447 & gt; ttabel 1,976 then , h0 were rejected and ha accepted and factors psychology of the decision of passengers ( thitung 3,011 & gt; ttabel 1,976 then , h0 were rejected and ha accepted . As a result research showed cultural factors , social factors , personal factors , and factors psychology have a positive impact and significant of the decision passengers .
