Abstract
This scientific paper examines several related to the E-Ticketing service system provided by PT. Pelni at Sri Bayintan Kijang Port, Tanjung Pinang Branch. First, this scientific paper focuses on the E-Ticketing service process to ensure smooth passenger traffic. Second, it explains the requirements for purchasing ship tickets. Furthermore, it analyzes the costs incurred based on the available ship classes. In addition, it identifies the obstacles faced in the E-Ticketing system. Finally, it examines the strategies and efforts made to overcome the obstacles identified in their E-Ticketing system. The research method used is descriptive analytical with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study are expected to provide in-depth insight into the E-Ticketing system and provide recommendations for future service improvements and enhancements.
