Abstract

The development of today's economy shows very rapid development. This can be evidenced by the emergence of new companies that are driven by technological advances. Companies are required to be more active in order to win the competition among companies, especially to maintain and promote the company. A very tight competition can not be avoided by companies, especially companies that produce products or services. A company or organization is definitely established with the main goal is to make a profit, so that the company or organization can develop and maintain operational viability of the company. The collection of data by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Respondents in this study was a passenger KM. UMSINI majors Surabaya - Makassar to obtain qualitative data that will be converted into quantitative data. To measure the independent variables and the dependent variable used a Likert scale (Likert scale) is by way exposes a respondent to a question (indicator empirical) and then asked to give an answer: strongly agree, agree, quite agree, disagree, and strongly disagree, each - each answer given a score of 1 to 5. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influence of independent variables are: facilities, services, operation and comfort of the dependent variable is the interest Passenger.with the result: Y = 0,013 + 0,137 X1 + 0,295 X2 + 0,164 X3 + 0,390 X4+ µ. And by the coefficient of determination, we can conclude that the variable facilities, services, operation and comfort together - each has a strong influence on the performance of Interest Passengers to 79,0%.
