Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine whether or not there is an influence of safety variables, time efficiency and shelter facilities on passenger satisfaction with the Skytrain transportation mode at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta. The population used in this research is users of the Skytrain transportation mode at Soekarno-Hatta Jakarta International Airport in May 2024, totaling 633,739 people, and the sample used in this research is 100 respondents using the Skytrain transportation mode, using non-probability sampling techniques with the method used. is quota sampling with the special characteristics of respondents aged 18-50 years, respondents who have or have used the Skytrain transportation mode at Soekarno-Hatta Jakarta International Airport. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the results of this research, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y = -0.356+ 0.344.X1 + 0.316.X2 + 0.399.X3 + µ. The results of research using partial t-test hypothesis testing show that the variables of safety, time efficiency and shelter facilities have a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction. The results of hypothesis testing show that the safety variable is 0.344 (X1), the time efficiency variable is 0.316 (X2), while the shelter facility variable is 0.399 (X3). From the results of the regression equation, it can be seen that the dominant variable influencing passenger satisfaction is shelter facilities with a regression coefficient of 0.399. The determinant coefficient test obtained a result of 0.582 (58.2%) in influencing passenger satisfaction, while other variables that had an influence on passenger satisfaction but were not included in the research model were (100%-58.2%)= 41.8% Keywords: Security, Time Efficiency, and Shelter Facilities.
