Abstract
PT Lamong Energi Indonesia is a company engaged in the maritime services sector, especially port utilities. The PERMENLHK Checklist No. 1 2021 is one of the methods used to assess a company's performance in managing the environment, the PERMENKES Checklist No. 7 2019 is also used in this study to assess the Company's level of compliance with environmental health. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of compliance and performance of the company in handling environmental cases at the port, starting from infrastructure, facilities, to operational performance in dealing with environmental pollution due to port waste. Data collection techniques include field observation, interviews, and documentation. Descriptive analysis using the PERMENLHK Checklist No. 1 2021 and PERMENKES No. 7 2019 to assess the current situation in the Company in its efforts to minimize environmental pollution due to port waste. The results of the study show that the Company has received a score of 96,7% in the assessment related to environmental health control, and the Company has also met all the criteria for assessing company performance in environmental management.
