Abstract
Customer Loyalty is a customer's commitment to a brand, store, and supplier, based on a very positive attitude and reflected in positive repurchases. PO Sinar Jaya has a reach to cities on the island of Java including Semarang, Jogjakarta, Purwokerto, Tegal, Cirebon, Bandung, Jakarta, Bogor, Surabaya, Malang and several other cities. which is the place of research. This study aims to determine the factors of Service Quality, Brand Image and Price Perception towards Passenger Loyalty at PO Sinar Jaya. The population in this study is PO bus passengers. Blessing from January to December 2022 and the sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling of the incidental sampling type, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistic Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 28. The formulation of regression in this study is as follows: Y = 0.733 + 0.333X1 + 0.203X2 + 0.385X3 + μ From the equation, it is known that the most dominant variable affecting passenger loyalty is the price perception variable with a regression coefficient of 0.385. The R2 test (R Square) obtained a result of 0.561 or 56.1%, which means that the Passenger Loyalty is influenced by the variables of Service Quality, Brand Image and Price Perception, which is 56.1% and other factors that affect Passenger loyalty at PO Sinar Jaya, which is 43.9%.
