Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, and perceived price on the decision to purchase train tickets through the KAI Access application at Tugu Yogyakarta Station. The method used is multiple linear regression with the following model equation : Y=0.555+0.025(X1) +0.023(X2)+0.126(X3)+0.815(X4)+ µ The results show that Perceived Usefulness (X1) has a positive coefficient of 0.025, indicating a positive effect of perceived usefulness on the decision to purchase train tickets. Each 1% increase in perceived usefulness potentially increases the ticket purchase decision by 0.025%. Perceived Ease of Use (X2) has a negative coefficient of -0.023, indicating that perceived ease of use has a negative effect on the purchase decision. A 1% increase in perceived ease of use is predicted to decrease the ticket purchase decision by 0.023%. Perceived Security (X3) shows a positive coefficient of 0.126, indicating that a 1% increase in perceived security can increase the ticket purchase decision by 0.126%. Perceived Price (X4) has the largest positive coefficient, 0.815, indicating the most significant influence on the purchase decision. A 1% increase in perceived price potentially increases the ticket purchase decision by 0.815%. Overall, the independent variables in this study, except for perceived ease of use, have a positive influence on the decision to purchase train tickets through the KAI Access application.
