Abstract
General Ahmad Yani Semarang International Airport is an airport located in Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia. This research is motivated by the increasing needs of society, including in the field of air transportation. Air transportation is one type of transportation that is most popular with society today. As time goes by, demand for air transportation services is increasing and demands can be met. Ahmad Yani Semarang Airport is one of the companies operating in the field of air transportation services that will always provide the best and most satisfying service. This research uses quantitative research methods using a sample of 100 passenger respondents or air transportation service users at General Ahmad Yani Semarang international airport. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, literature studies, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique which is first tested through a questionnaire test (validity and reliability) and classical assumption tests (autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, normality). The results of the analysis using the SPSS V.26 statistical program tool obtained a multiple linear regression equation: Y = -1.458 + 0.332.X1 + 0.236.X2 + 0.225.X3 + 0.313 + µ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the smooth running of operational activities is the Human Resources variable with a regression coefficient of 0.332. With the coefficient of determination (Adjust R square), the results obtained were 59%, which means that Human Resources, Operational Technology, Safety Culture and Natural Factors influence the smooth running of operational activities by 59% and other factors that influence the smooth running of operational activities are 41%. Thus, the research results show that Human Resources, Operational Technology, Safety Culture and Natural Factors have a positive and significant influence on the smooth running of operational activities.
