Abstract
Globalization and international trade are interconnected, with international trade playing a crucial role in the economic growth of a country. Export and import activities, supported by the logistics sector and freight forwarding companies, impact a nation's competitiveness. Freight forwarding facilitates the transportation of goods via land, sea, and air, each of which has its advantages and disadvantages. PT. Panah Perdana Logisindo, as a logistics company, plays a significant role in supporting exports in Semarang, Central Java, which is rich in export product potential. The objectives of this study are to analyze the effect of process variables on the performance of PT. Panah Perdana Logisindo in export handling, to analyze the effect of service quality variables on the performance of PT. Panah Perdana Logisindo in export handling, and to analyze the effect of facility variables on the performance of PT. Panah Perdana Logisindo in export handling. This research employs data collection methods including direct field observation, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. Both qualitative and quantitative data analyses are used, where the statistical data found in the research is described or illustrated as it is, then presented in numerical form and interpreted in a detailed explanation. Based on empirical data (questionnaire responses) and multiple linear regression results, it is indicated that the Process variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Export Performance, with a t-value of 3.373 > t-table value of 1.984. The Service Quality variable (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on Export Performance, with a t-value of 3.256 > t-table value of 1.9849. The Facilities variable (X3) similarly has a positive and significant effect on Export Performance, with a t-value of 3.040 > t-table value of 1.984. Therefore, the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of Process, Service Quality, and Facilities on Export Performance.
