Abstract

This study of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality, perception of risk and promotion on the interest of online transportation service users among Gojek customers in Semarang City. The population in this research is all users of online transportation services for Gojek customers in Semarang City. The sampling technique in this research uses a non-probability sampling technique with certain criteria This research uses quantitative research methods using a sample of 100 Gojek customer respondents in Semarang City. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, literature studies, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique which is first tested through a questionnaire test (validity and reliability) and classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation). Then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version V.20. The regression formulation in this research is: Y = 0.452 + 0.106X1 + 0.336X2 + 0.407X3 + µ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the variable that has the most dominant influence on Service User Interest is the Promotion variable with a regression coefficient of 0.407. With the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square), the results obtained were 53.2%, which means that Service User Interest is influenced by the variables Service Quality, Perception of Risk, Promotion by 53.2% and other factors that influence Service User Interest is 46.8% . Thus, the research results show that Service Quality, Perception of Risk, Promotion have a positive and significant effect on Service User Interest.
