Abstract
Customer satisfaction is a sense of satisfaction as a customer's response to the evaluation of the perceived discrepancy between the initial expectations before purchase and the actual performance of the product felt after use. Fishermen as users of port facilities really want optimal service, so that every fishing port should be able to provide the services needed by fishermen precisely, quickly, and efficiently. Analyze the level of satisfaction with the service of providing the needs of debriefing at sea. This study aims to find out and analyze how much the quality of service, facilities and safety affect fishermen's satisfaction. The method used in this study is the Non-Porbability sampling technique, namely Incidental sampling. The number of samples in this study is 75 respondents who are fishermen and service users at Tegalsari Port, Tegal City. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the result was obtained Y = 1.783 + 0.269 X1 + 0.278 X2 + 0.258 X3 + μ. Results of partial tests The quality of service, facilities and safety has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of fishermen at the port of Tegalsari, Tegal City. It is evidenced by the results of the comparison of the value of t calculated with t table and by the comparison of a significant level of 5% (0.05) where the variable of service quality t count (2.746) > t table (1.993) with a significant level of 0.008 < 0.05, variable facility t count (3.377) > t table (1.993) with a significant level of 0.001 < 0.05, variable safety t count (2.452) > t table (1.993) with a significant level of 0.0017 < 0.05. The R2 test, the quality of service, facilities and safety had a significant influence on fishermen's satisfaction by 51.3%, while the remaining 48.7% was explained by other causes outside the variable model that were not studied.
