Abstract
This research was conducted at the Kluwut Brebes Fishing Harbor. In this study, four research variables were analyzed: Human Resources, Fishing Time, Fishing Equipment and Fisherman's Welfare as independent variables that influence the dependent variable, namely Fisherman Productivity. The problem formulation, research objectives and hypotheses in this study are to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely Human Resources, Fishing Time, Fishing Equipment and Fisherman's Welfare on the dependent variable, namely Fisherman Productivity. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were ship owners at the Kluwut Brebes Port. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique and using SPSS V.26 statistical tools, based on the results of research and data analysis, the regression equation is produced: Y= -0,1662 + 0.310 X1 + 0.390 X2 +0,165 X3 +0,255 X4 + µ The multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive and significant influence between Human Resources on Fishermen's Productivity tcount (4.007)>ttable (1.98498), Fishing Time on Fishermen's Productivity tcount (3.892)>ttable (1.98498), Fishing Tools on Fisherman Productivity (tcount (1.915) >ttable (1.98498), Fisherman Welfare on Fisherman Productivity tcount (2.992) >ttable (1.98498), has a positive and significant effect on Fisherman Productivity. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with coefficient values The determination (R2) obtained was 53.9% of Fisherman Productivity and 46.1% was influenced by variables that were not detected in this study Keywords: Human Resources, Fishing Time, Fishing Equipment and Fishermen's Welfare.
