Abstract
Parking Leviesare one of the potentials that are managed to become a source of regional revenue originating from within the region, this is a benchmark in assessing the level of originalregional income obtained by the region. Theproceeds from this income will be allocated for development of the area itself, especially in building facilities and means of improving parking lots which have an impact on management in implementing parking that runs well and does not disturb other road'users. The main objective of this research is to determine the role of the Malang Regency Transportation Service in increasing conventionalparkingfees in Malang Regency. The population in this study were users of conventional parking services in Malang Regency and the sample for this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with the type of sampling, namely incidental sampling. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software)Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of research. using partial t-test hypothesis testing show that the characteristics of parking attendants, parkingfacilities and service quality have a positive and significant effect on increasing conventional parking fees. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the linear regression equation is obtained, namely Y = 0.245 + 0.230 Xi + 0.499 X2 + 0.226 X3+ Jl. From the regression equation it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing Conventional Parking Levy is the variableParking Facilities. And the R2 (R Square) test obtained a result of' 0. 62 7 or 62. 7%, which means that parking levies are influenced by the variable characteristics of parking attendants, facilities. and service quality, amounting to 62. 7% and other factors influencing parking fees amounting lo 37.3%.
