Abstract
In the managing processing or service of goods eksport document services at PT. Berkah Segara Bintan begins after obtaining a power of attorney from the eksporter, after that PT. Berkah Segara Bintan performs its duties by processing and completing documents as well as implementing the eksport of goods through a procedure, especially customs procedures starting from the preparation of documents, invoices, packing list, Bill of Lading,V-Legal, Outward Manifest BC 1.1, PPJK Company Data, Eksporter Company Data, Filling in documents for Notification of Eksport of Goods and clearance of documents, so that these documents can be submitted to the customs and port agencies to examine the correctness of these documents so that the goods can enter the port area from the exporter's warehouse.There are factors that cannot be predicted/prevented, namely natural factors that can at any time slow down the company's performance in carrying out physical inspections of goods in the field and also from application system factors and human inaccuracies.
