Abstract
The logistics and transportation industry has a vital role in supporting economic activities, both at the national and international levels. A container depot must meet the requirements of the container depot association/ASDEKI, the government, and the container owner. The container depots that have sprung up are one of the most important supply chains to complete supply activities from producers to consumers running smoothly. The data analysis that will be carried out using the preventive maintenance method according to constant (1981) in Mustofs and Hery (2020) is as follows, the calculation of repair maintenance costs (Cr), the calculation of preventive maintenance costs (Cm), the calculation of Repair Policy (TCr), the calculation of preventive policies (TCm). Container repair costs are the most influential, where the cost incurred for gasket damage, Outer Broken is Rp.241,668 or 31.92%, damage to Cross Member Assy Bent Insert is Rp.135,330 or 17.87% and damage to Corrugated Panels. Rotten Patch of Rp.380,182 or 50.21%. The Preventive Maintenance costs incurred have the most effect on repair costs. In the damage to the Gasket, the Outer Broken costs Rp. 1,510,917 or 35.61%, the damage to the Cross Member Assy Bent Insert is Rp. 1,288,247 or 30.36% and the damage to the Corrugated Panel. Rotten Patch of Rp.1,444,026 or 34.03%. Of the three damages that have the largest percentage, namely, in Gasket damage, Outer Broken. Keywords: Cost, Probability, Repair Container
