Abstract
Transportation has an important role in establishing the insight archipelago and capable of strengthening national resilience and highly role in terms of the mobility of the community, in particular in the transfer of goods and people. Urban transport is main choice in transportation among cities considered able to answer the needs of people. However, in implementation many problems faced by such as accidents. Still the high number of traffic accidents in Indonesia, but not balanced awareness of the importance of safety. The formulation problem, research purposes and hypotheses on research is to analyze have a positive influence both individually and simultaneous variable independent between the knowledge driver, behavior driver, and experience driver dependent on variables the passenger safety .In this study objects trophy is the driver city transport of Mangkang-Johar. Samples to research is 50 respondents. Analyzing technique is a technique linear regression multiple. Based on the research done and analysis produced similarities between: y = 0,610 + 0,389 x1 + 0,286 x2 + 0,298 x3 + µ , the results of the regression equation is linear multiple show that there was a positive and significant. The driver knowledge of passenger safety ( t count = 3,543 > t table = 2.0129 ), the behavior of passenger safety ( t count = 2,716 > t table = 2.0129 ), and experience driver for passenger safety ( t count = 2,539 > t table = 2.0129. In ( simultaneous ) it has some positive effects ( f count = 36,555 > f table = 2,80 ). While the result of ( adjusted r square ) of 68,5 % , the remaining 100 % - 68,5 % = 31,5 %, described by a factor of other factors out the study .Hence for knowledge driver, behavior driver and experience drivers have an is higher than those factors the other overseas.
