Abstract
The aim of this reserch is to analyze the impact of equeipment, dokuments and supervision factors on the productivity of loading and unloading at the port of tanjung emas. The researc method used is quantitative descriptive. The sample collection teachnique uses Nonprobability sampling amounted to 50 respondents who were then given a get-to-know questionnaires regarding equipment, dokuments and supervision variables. Most of the respondents were male (98.0%), aged > 40 years (38.0%), had at least a high schoolast education (44.0). The data obtained would be analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regrest Statistics to obtain the equation. Y= 9,248 – 0,088.X1 + 0,476.X2 – 0,034.X3 +µ The results of ressearch on filling out questionnaires and the results of multiple liner regression show that Equipment (X1) partially has a positive effect on loading and unloading productivity (Y) 0.590 > 0.05. Documents (X2) partially has a positive effect on loading and unloading productivity (Y) 0.009 < 0.05. supervision (X3) partially has a positive effect on Loading and Unloading Productivity (Y) 0.751 > 0.05.
