Abstract

In this study, four operational technical research variables, effectiveness, mode availability and service system were analyzed as independent variables that influence the dependent variable, namely the probability of mode choice among Mikrotrans service users in Jakarta. The formulation of the problem, research objective and hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely technical operations, effectiveness, availability of modes and service systems on the dependent variable, namely the probability of choosing the Mikrotrans mode in Jakarta. In this research, the objects taken were users of microtrans public transportation services in Jakarta. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were users of microtrans public transportation services in Jakarta. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression techniques and uses SPSS 25.0 statistical tools. Y = -0,686 + 0,233x1 + 0,137x2 + 0,329x3 + 0,128x4 + µ The results of multiple regression research show that there is a partial positive influence of operational technical on the probability of mode choice (t count 2.380 > t table 1.9849), effectiveness on the probability of mode choice (t count 6.173 > t table 1.9849), mode availability on the probability of mode choice ( t count 6.582 > t table 1.9849), and the service system on the probability of mode choice (t count 3.296 > t table 1.9849). Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination obtains a correlation value of Adjusted R^2 of 0.644, thus 64.4% influences the probability of mode choice, while the remaining 35.6% (100% - 64.4%) is explained by other variables outside the four variables used in the research. This. Keywords: Operational Techniques, Effectiveness, Mode Availability, Service System, Probability of Mode Selection
