Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by several factors such as individual factors, organizational culture, work discipline and motivation. All four have an important role in improving employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of individual factors, organizational culture, disilplin work and motivation on employee performance Dishubinfokom Grobogan either partially or simultaneously. In this study, the population is Dishubinfokom Grobogan employees numbering 102 people. In this study is expected to obtain a result which illustrates that employee performance is influenced by individual factors, organizational culture, work discipline and motivation. Based on the analysis with SPSS statistical tools Ver 22.0, obtained equation of multiple regression model research is Y = - 0.481 + 0,271.X1 + 0,273 X2 + 0,218.X3 + 0,272.X4 + μ The results of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive and significant influence between the individual factors on employee performance (t = 3.473> t table = 1.9847), organizational culture on employee performance (t = 3.430> t table = 1.9847 ), labor discipline on employee performance (t = 2,657> t table = 1.9847), the motivation to employee performance (t = 4.057)> t table = 1.9847). Simultaneously the influence of individual factors, organizational culture, work discipline and motivation together have the effect of 48.183 F count> F table 2,46. The influence of these four variables is very strong with a coefficient of determination (R ajusted Square) obtained for 65.1% of the performance of employees and 34.9% are influenced by variables that were not detected in this study.
