Abstract

Purchasing Decision is one of the assessment aspects used by the company as a reference to measure the level of Purchasing Decision E-Ticketing KM. Dharma Kartika IX Parepare-Balikpapan Route At Nusantara Port, Parepare City, South Sulawesi. This is very important considering the number of passengers on the KM. Dharma Kartika IX Parepare-Balikpapan Route At Nusantara Port, Parepare City, South Sulawesi is very high. There are many factors of Usage Preferences, Performance Expectations and System Quality that are given to increase consumer buying interest and increase e-ticketing sales. In this study, Purchasing Decisions are influenced by several factors including: Usage Preferences, Performance Expectations and System Quality. These factors have an important role in improving Purchasing Decisions. Data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the Application (SPSS) Version 26. The results of the t-test hypothesis test indicate that Usage Preferences, Performance Expectations and System Quality have a positive and significant effect partially on Purchasing Decisions. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation produces the equation: Y = 0,610 + 0,213X1 + 0,452X2 + 0,257X3+ μ This means that if there is no Usage Preference, Performance Expectation and System Quality, then the Purchase Decision value is 0.610. The regression coefficient value of Usage Preference of 0.213 states that if the work environment value is increased by 1 unit, then the Purchase Decision value is 0.213. The regression coefficient value of Performance Expectation of 0.452 states that if the Performance Expectation value is increased by 1 unit, then the Purchase Decision value is 0.452. The regression coefficient value of System Quality of 0.257 states that if the System Quality value is at the level of 1 unit, then the Purchase Decision value is 0.257. While the Adjusted R2 value = 0.629. This means that 62.9% of the variation in the Purchase Decision variable is explained by the independent variables, namely Usage Preference, Performance Expectation and System Quality. The remaining 100% - 62.9% = 37.1%, is influenced by other variables outside the study Keywords : Purchase Decisions, Usage Preferences, Performance Expectations, System Quality
