Abstract
Transjatim transportation is a bus that has a system of speed, comfort, safety and punctuality. With the existence of Transjatim Transport Cars, areas in East Java will avoid traffic jams and can reduce accidents. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the safety of Corridor I Transjatim transport cars. In this research, quantitative research methods were used using a sample of 90 respondents, Drivers and Stewardesses/I of Transjatim Corridor I. Data were collected using the Observation Method, Literature Study, Interviews, Documentation and Questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique which is first tested through a questionnaire test (validity and reliability) and classical assumption tests (autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, normality). The results of the analysis using statistical tools of the SPSS V.26 program obtained a multiple linear regression equation. : Y = 0,935 + 0,302.X1 + 0,259.X2 + 0,296.X3 + µ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing Transjatim Corridor I Transport Car Safety is the Driver Safety Behavior variable with a regression coefficient of 0.302. With the coefficient of determination (Adjust R square), the results obtained were 80.8%, which means that the safety of Transjatim Corridor I Transport Cars is influenced by the Driver Safety Behavior variable, Condition of Corridor I Transjatim Transport Cars and Road Infrastructure by 80.8% and other factors that affecting the safety of Transjatim Corridori I transport cars is 19.2%. Thus, the research results show that safety driver behavior, the condition of Transjatim Corridor 1 transport cars and road infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on the safety of Corridor I Transjatim transport cars.
