Abstract
Exporter satisfaction is influenced by several factors including Trust, Service Quality, and Price. These three have an important role in increasing Exporter Satisfaction with satisfactory results. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of Trust, Service Quality and Price on Exporter Satisfaction at PT. Kusuma Mitra Kargo Semarang. In this research, the population is service users at PT. Kusuma Mitra Kargo Semarang using a sampling system with a total of 100 respondents (sample). The variables in the research consist of: Trust (X1), Service Quality (X2), and Price (X3) and the dependent variable is Exporter Satisfaction (Y). The research model is multiple linear analysis. The results of this analysis, with the help of statistics from the SPSS V.26 program, obtained a multiple linear regression equation : Y = 0,231 + 0,255.X1 + 0,426.X2 - 0,019.X3 + µ The results of the equation show that there is a positive and significant influence between Trust on Exporter Satisfaction (tcount of 4.431 > t.table of 1.98472), Service Quality on Exporter Satisfaction (tcount of 9.294 > t.table of 1.98472), Price on Satisfaction Exporters (tcount of -0.438 < t.table of 1.98472), Trust, Service Quality and Price influence Exporter Satisfaction. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the coefficient value (R Square) obtained at 71.6% on Exporter Satisfaction and 28.4% influenced by variables that were not detected in this research. From this equation it is know that the variable that has the most dominant influence on exporter satisfaction is the service quality variable with a regression coefficient of 0,426.
