Abstract
Sleeper bus is a bus that has a system of speed, comfort, safety, and punctuality. With the Sleeper Bus passenger it feels comfortable and private on the trip. The purpose of this study aims to analyze the factors that influence the purchase decision of the Juragan 99 Trans sleeper bus. In this study using quantitative research methods using a sample of 100 respondents who use Juragan 99 sleeper bus services. Data collection was carried out using the observation method, literature study, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression techniques by first being tested through questionnaire tests (validity and reliability) and classical assumption tests (autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and normality). The results of the analysis with the statistical aids of the SPSS V.26 program obtained multiple linear regression equations: Y = -0.700 + 0.301.X1 + 0.145.X2 + 0.285.X3 + 0.151.X4 + µ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the variable that has the most dominant effect on purchasing decisions is the tariff variable with a regression coefficient of 0.301. With the coefficient of determination (Adjust R square), the results obtained are 49.7%, which means that the Purchasing Decision is influenced by the variables of Tariff, Brand Awareness, Service Quality and Ease of Access by 49.7% and other factors that influence Purchasing Decisions are 50.3%. Thus the results showed that tariffs, brand awareness, service quality and ease of access have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
