Abstract
Sea Freight Expedition (EMKL) is a Business Entity whose aim is to provide services for processing documents for cargo transported by ships by sea. Apart from processing documents, EMKL also has the responsibility to settle bills arising from transportation bills and also from cargo at the port. Based on the quote above, it can be concluded that EMKL acts on behalf of the recipient company. Export and import activities in the current era will be able to advance the international trade business and also generate foreign exchange income for the country through import taxes and export taxes.
